Key Responsibilities:
- Review operational standard procedures and suggest amendments and/or enhanced controls where needed
- Assist in implementing any changes to SOPs required
- Advise the business on regulatory interpretation as required on a day-to-day basis
- Advise on breaches and complaints

- Solid compliance experience advising on policies & procedures
- Experience with pensions and/or retail investments
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and advisory skills
