Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and maintain solutions across the Productivity Applications platform
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new digital workplace capabilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of platform solutions, ensuring continuous improvement
- Support business-as-usual changes and incremental enhancements
- Serve as a subject matter expert for productivity applications within the UK
- Promote best practices and support user adoption across the organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and inform data-driven decisions
- Monitor product roadmaps and releases to identify opportunities for added value
- Support reporting, governance, and platform status updates
Key Skills:
- Experience implementing, integrating, and supporting DocuSign, including APIs and 3rd-party integrations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online, Planner, and Forms
- Expertise in platform administration, support, and lifecycle management
