Summary: The Workplace Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of a boutique Investment Bank's London office. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing a high-quality experience for employees and guests alike. The role is based in Mayfair and is offered on a 12-month contract with potential for extension. The Coordinator will oversee daily office functions, manage supplies, and ensure a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the office
  • Facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Managing stock of and ordering supplies
  • Managing vendor contracts
  • Liaise with Director of Real Estate to review and recommend improvements
  • Meet and greet guests, serve refreshments and coordinate set up and clean-up of events
  • Maintaining an organised and professional space
  • Manage space to ensure employees are getting the most out of the area
  • Plan budget for all workplace expenses such as contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Risk management, Health and Safety and security

Key Skills:

  • Degree educated – desired
  • Previous experience in a client facing role, preferably within Financial Services
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Solution orientated approach
