Summary: The Finance Systems Manager will oversee Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning within a global organization, ensuring the systems operate effectively and adapt to business needs. Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, the role involves managing a small team and serving as a liaison between Finance and IT. The position requires a blend of financial expertise and technical knowledge to drive system improvements and support finance processes. This role is hybrid, with up to three days a week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimise Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning
- Lead and develop a small Finance Systems team
- Support core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, planning)
- Drive system improvements and user self-service
- Liaise with global stakeholders and manage external partners
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Workday Financials certified
- Hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Workday Financials
- Exposure to Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM tool)
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
