Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team supporting our new business win, SGN. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee operations across both our Orpington (St Mary Cray) and South Godstone sites and you will be responsible for the daily achievement of the customers targets and achieving contractual KPI’s and SLA’s while providing effective leadership, motivation and communication to develop you team, making them ‘best in class’. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day: Understand the forecast and actual volumes each day while assisting planning of resources appropriately with close liaison with the Cluster Manager Ability to identify problems and take decisive actions to resolve them using in-house policy or operational procedures where required Take preventative steps including regular checks on processes to ensure stock is protected and the opportunity for theft or loss is reduced Ensure that all equipment is operational and maintained in line with company guidelines while full supporting the team in the ‘road to Zero’
