A vacancy has arisen within our Paintshop department based in Biggleswade for Vehicle Detailer. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr – Great Britain Ltd by driving customer satisfaction through the delivery of clean and valeted machinery that surpasses customer expectations whilst ensuring outstanding customer service at all times whilst working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.
Your responsibilities as a Vehicle Detailer
With the customer in mind, works to a standard that results in high levels of customer satisfaction
Works in accordance to the requirements outlined in the company quality assurance manual.
Willingly provides assistance to other team members in the workshop
Works in accordance with the company requirements relating to health and safety
Performs the valeting and cleaning of heavy plant machinery
Maintains a level of good housekeeping in both the paint shop and workshop areas
Assists in the preparation of plant equipment prior to painting
Can contribute to the process of improving the cleaning and valeting processes
Takes the initiative to organise any administration that is required as part of the role and can complete where necessary
To be successful in the Vehicle Detailer role
The Successful Candidate Will Require The Following
Ability to demonstrate skills required through the experience of having worked in an OEM car valeting position or similar
