The Role
We're looking for a DV Cleared User Researcher to support a highly classified MOD programme delivering an Above Secret capability.
You'll lead user research in secure environments, working closely with senior military and MOD stakeholders to understand workflows, user needs, and transition impacts from existing systems.
This role operates under strict security constraints, so adaptability and pragmatic research approaches are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research within classified MOD environments

Essential Experience
- Proven user research experience in UK Public Sector or Defence
- Strong qualitative research skills (interviews, workshops, stakeholder engagement)
- Experience translating research into business change outputs
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments
Desirable
- Experience on classified or Above Secret programmes
- Knowledge of GDS Service Standards
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Additional Information
This role requires DV clearance and additional programme vetting, which may extend onboarding timelines.
Classified work must be conducted on-site in secure locations in London and the South East.
