Training Lead - S4 Hana Programme

Summary: The Training Lead for the S4 Hana Programme will oversee training initiatives within the Elmer ERP S/4 HANA programme, collaborating with change consultants and SAP developers to create effective training materials. This role requires active MOD SC clearance and involves managing training deliverables, conducting training needs analysis, and facilitating "train the trainer" sessions. The position is hybrid and initially contracted for six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training lead role on the Elmer ERP S/4 HANA programme
• Support business engagement for training with change consultants
• Create training materials in collaboration with SAP developers
• Manage contractual deliverables and activities for training
• Conduct detailed training needs analysis
• Facilitate "train the trainer" sessions in time for UAT testing
• Liaise with client training staff

Key Skills:

• Experienced training consultant
