Summary: The Tenancy Auditor will assess social housing properties owned by Luton Borough Council, ensuring compliance with tenancy conditions and reviewing tenancy records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with residents and conduct basic assessments of social housing properties.
  • Review tenancy records and audit occupancy against records.
  • Assess property conditions, including gardens and adherence to tenancy conditions.
  • Identify unauthorized alterations, hoarding, and maintenance issues.
  • Report and document findings as necessary.
