Job Title: Technology Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of complex technology and business change programmes. The role requires a dynamic individual with proven expertise in managing large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering measurable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage large-scale programmes, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects
• Development of business cases for new CRM Implementation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment throughout programme lifecycles.
• Communicate programme updates effectively to all levels of the organisation
• Monitor and control programme budgets, accurately forecasting and managing costs.
• Identify risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Provide matrix management of project managers and delivery teams, ensuring coordinated effort across workstreams.
• Contract management for third-party vendors, ensuring KPIs and delivery milestones are met.
• Incorporate lessons learned into future planning to optimise delivery processes.
• Drive the adoption of modern tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Essential:

• Demonstrable track record in delivering large, complex programmes, ideally within technology and business change environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and tracking benefits realisation.
• Expertise in programme planning, risk management, and resource forecasting.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in modern delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams).
• Professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Experience with DevOps tools and Cloud computing.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and processes.
