Summary: The Technology Manager role focuses on overseeing the product lifecycle, transforming concepts into large-scale deployments. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end journey of internal tools from validating PRDs to navigating the complexities of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Apply systems design and database knowledge to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure integrations work effectively.
- Identify manual operational gaps and engineer technical solutions to eliminate human error.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to propose feature improvements and advocate for users in discussions with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

The Execution
