Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the annual talent cycle including Performance and Development Reviews, Mid-Year Reviews and People Reviews
  • Working closely with the HR systems team and HR Operations to ensure the iTrent system is prepared and working effectively
  • Manage the People Review moderation process
  • Manage and deliver reports and data on all aspects of the Talent life-cycle
  • Work with HR Operations and Learning & Development Teams to put development plans in place for high potential employees
  • Collate succession and benchmark information for strategic workforce development
  • Identify support requirements for recruitment and retention of employees
  • Co-ordinate HR governance requirements in relation to HR processes and procedures
  • Manage other HR Projects as required
  • Design the Future leaders programme for High potential talent

About The Role From £55,940 (negotiable) as a basic salary + Car or Car Allowance (approx 8k) + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits Based 3 days per week at a SUEZ location (Hybrid working) We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Development Manager to continue to develop our Talent development activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can manage the annual talent cycle, working with HR colleagues to put plans in place to develop internal talent. The post holder will work on a range of HR and related projects.

About The Role Key areas of the role include:

  • Manage the People Review moderation process
  • Manage and deliver reports and data when required on all aspect of the Talent life-cycle
  • Following the People Review, working with the HR Operations and Learning & Development Teams to put development plans in place for those employees identified with high potential
  • Collate succession and benchmark information to help inform strategic workforce development
