Summary: This role is for a recruitment specialist focused on public sector recruitment within a global leader in workforce solutions. The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns while ensuring compliance with Civil Service Recruitment Principles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment campaigns specifically for government-aligned roles, ensuring 100% compliance with Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
  • Act as a governance expert, guiding hiring managers through approvals and the intricacies of public sector recruitment frameworks.
  • Drive candidate engagement through sophisticated screening, selection techniques, and seamless onboarding workflows.
  • Maintain meticulous recruitment documentation and digital audit trails within the ATS to meet stringent policy requirements.
  • Partner closely with internal People and Culture stakeholders to streamline talent pipelines and improve the time-to-hire metric.

  • Proven experience in Civil Service or Public Sector recruitment, with a deep understanding of governance and approval processes.
  • Expertise in navigating Civil Service Recruitment Principles and managing large-scale, compliant hiring campaigns.

We are looking for a recruitment specialist who understands the unique nuances of the public sector and can navigate the Civil Service Recruitment Principles with ease. This is a high-impact, 12-month contract where you will drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns within a People and Culture team known for excellence. Leveraging your expertise in stakeholder management, you’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring panels, ensuring governance and compliance are delivered at pace using advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
