Job title: Roadspace Administrator / System Administrator

Location: South Mimms office (driving licence is essential)

Contract length: 6 months

Pay Rate: Competitive

Work Hours: The work schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift. The initial eight weeks of training will be conducted full-time at the South Simms office. Upon completion of training, the arrangement will transition to a hybrid model of three days on-site and two days working from home (WFH).

Role overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Road Space bookings team for the M25 motorway. The postholder's duties will include assisting with the maintenance of accurate records, the processing of road space bookings, managing communications, and supporting the team with stakeholder interactions and compliance obligations. While comprehensive training will be provided, it is a prerequisite that the postholder possesses prior administrative experience, specifically encompassing data input and email management. Familiarity with IT systems and reporting is essential, alongside demonstrating strong organisational and communication proficiencies.
