Summary: The Supply Chain Transformation Manager (SCTM) at Earthworm Foundation is responsible for developing and implementing sustainable supply chain strategies that benefit both people and nature. This role involves analyzing supply chain data, overseeing traceability campaigns, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve practices within the agricultural supply chain. The position requires strong communication skills and a passion for environmental and social outcomes. The SCTM will work closely with members and suppliers to drive positive change in global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead supply chain strategies for Pulp & Paper Members in Europe, aligned with global initiatives.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify risks, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee traceability campaigns, track KPIs, and report progress to Members.
  • Coordinate with the Grievance team on supply chain issues and present findings and follow-ups.
  • Improve and help roll out EF tools, methodologies, and new supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate and share best practices with SCTMs globally.

Key Skills:

  • Passion for leveraging agricultural supply chains to improve environmental and social outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting arguments and analysis to varied audiences.
  • Expertise in agricultural commodities supply chains, No-Deforestation, and/or Sustainable Procurement.
  • Proactive approach with creativity in problem-solving.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree.
  • Fluency in English.

Your Role The Supply Chain Transformation Manager (SCTM) supports Earthworm Foundation Members and Suppliers in developing and implementing responsible, sustainable supply chain strategies that benefit people and nature.
