We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to work with our global FMCG client Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as V05, TIGI, Timotei and Impulse, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.The position is based in Battersea, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months, with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Compensation for this role is up to 46,500 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.There will be a requirement to work onsite 2 days per week for as long as the business permits (The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements)Who we are we are Elida BeautyElida Beauty is a Global Personal Care Business. Elida Beauty is a part of the Yellow Wood Partners portfolio of companies, a private equity company that invests exclusively in the consumer industryYour Role & Key ResponsibilitiesThe Elida Beauty Supply chain is a global organisation run principally from the UK with presence across key markets for service execution. The Elida supply is set-up to be lean and responsive with manufacturing via a strategic 3rd party supplier and logistics network run through a combination of Elida Beauty warehousing and 3 party logistics providers whilst R&D is run through a combination of in-house, 3rd party and partnerships. Working in a team of three and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Finance your responsibilities will include:Your Key ResponsibilitiesStandard Costing: Working across the supplier network take responsibility for product costing across the portfolio and maintenance of master data together with an outsourced master data team. On a monthly basis you will be responsible for variance analysis vs. standard costs to identify cost trending and cost anomalies for investigationFreight Cost Management: Management of freight cost accruals and the accurate expensing of these cost the P&LBudget Control: Partnering supply chain and R&D teams to ensure delivery and control of the Supply Chain Overheads budgetBalance Sheet Control: Responsible for balance sheet integrity and control for all inventory and supply chain assets including physical verification of stock and assetsSC Performance management: Monitor KPIs (Qual & Quant) across the supply chain focusing across safety, service and cost and pro-actively raising performance issues and opportunities Savings: Monitoring of savings programmer delivery and reconciliation of these to the P&L as a key proof pointCommodities: Partnering with procurement you will pro-actively model the impact of inflation working closely with the markets to support margin and pricing decisions across the businessWhat you will bring to the roleDrive and results orientation: Natural bias for action and willing to make a positive difference to achieve higher levels of performance.
