What You Will Do: Spearhead the implementation and deployment of new customer service processes within the SAP ECC and RPOS systems, ensuring seamless integration with operations. Drive the transition and embedding of solutions to business teams and 3PLs, enhancing operational efficiency. Conduct in-depth root cause analysis on complex data, crafting strategic interventions to mitigate issues. Serve as a pivotal bridge between IT and Business, translating complex requirements and fostering effective communication. Uphold the highest standards of customer service operation within the automotive aftermarket supply chain. Champion process optimisation, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Bring: Proven expertise in Customer Service within the Automotive Industry, with a solid understanding of the Aftermarket Supply Chain. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently. Strong foundation in SAP (ECC) and a history of successful system implementations. Excellent communication, influencing skills, and the capacity to hold oneself and others accountable. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, underpinned by a process-oriented and detail-focused approach.
