Role Description The Summer Camp Staff is a temporary, on-site role based in Warwick, requiring active engagement in daily camp activities. Responsibilities include supervising youth during recreational, educational, and creative activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. The role also involves planning and leading group activities, managing campers' schedules, and providing guidance to encourage their social and personal development.

Qualifications Experience in youth supervision and activity leadership Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage schedules, maintain safety protocols, and address conflicts effectively Basic knowledge of recreational activities, arts, and educational programming Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine desire to work with children Ability to adapt to a fast-paced camp environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team First Aid/CPR certification is a plus Previous experience in camp settings or work with children is highly desirable
