Summary: The Strategic Finance Manager will play a crucial role in a significant period of change for a local authority client. This position involves close collaboration with the Deputy Chief Finance Officer, focusing on year-end accounts, audit processes, VAT, capital accounting, and treasury oversight. You’ll work closely with the Deputy Chief Finance Officer, leading on year-end accounts, audit processes, VAT, capital accounting, and treasury oversight, while managing a high-performing team and supporting strategic financial planning and being heavily involved with LGR.
