Role Overview:
- Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Newham
- Portfolio of 6500 + properties
- Paid per survey – Bedsits, Flats, Houses and Blocks
- Outside IR35
- Must be bale to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK and a minimum of 35 surveys a week.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12-month rolling contract
- Start Date: ASAP
- Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and door knocking
- Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
