Key Responsibilities:
- Assist university students with mental health concerns on a 1-2-1 basis.
- Create strategies for organization and time management.
- Help students break down tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support students in achieving a balance between study and daily living.
- Manage anxiety, stress, or low mood in students.
- Prepare students for new experiences and build their confidence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Address individual student needs in a timely manner.
Key Skills:
- Membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., BACP, BPS, HCPC).
- Experience working with clients with disabilities or mental health conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
