Summary: The Solution Design Authority role is a contract position focused on technical solution design and system integration for customer engagements, particularly in the telecom sector. The individual will be responsible for producing detailed design documents and ensuring compliance with Vodafone's design methodology. This position requires extensive experience in telecom frameworks and application development, along with strong planning capabilities across various technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce customer technical requirements and act as a subject matter expert during post-sales solution delivery.
- Lead detailed design and system integration workshops.
- Accountable for producing Vodafone Design Statement of Work, including 3rd party deliverables.
- Complete detailed solution design in accordance with Vodafone Design methodology.
- Produce High Level Design (HLD) collateral for the National Grid CNI Separation Programme.
- Produce Low Level Design (LLD) to support the proposed solution for the National Grid CNI Separation Programme.
- Conduct effective technical planning across customer, internal, and 3rd party technical teams.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; MSc/BE/Masters preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Telecom (eTOM, TAM, SID frameworks).
- OSS/BSS business process knowledge.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, SfI CPQ/OM.
- Specialization in IT/Computer Science.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of work experience.
- Experience in multi-channel delivery projects.
- At least 6 years of experience in COTS Application development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
