Summary: The Solution Consultant - Records Management will lead critical components of an information governance programme for a prominent organization. This hybrid contract role focuses on implementing records management functionality within SharePoint and managing the discovery and deletion of outdated digital records. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with legal, compliance, and technology teams to design and distribute effective records management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Consultant - Records Management

Rate: £450-£550/day Inside IR35

Location: London (hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

We are on the lookout for a Solution Consultant to lead key elements of a high-profile information governance programme for a well-established organisation. This is a contract role working on a hybrid basis, focused on the implementation of records management functionality within SharePoint and overseeing the discovery and deletion of out-of-retention digital records.

The Role:

This role will act as the subject matter expert across a large-scale records programme, working with legal, compliance, and technology teams. You'll be tasked with design, configure and distribute compliant and efficient RM solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience with the M365 environment
  • Experience with PowerApps, workflows or search interface customisations
  • Experience implementing records management capabilities in enterprise environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and self-management abilities
