We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Smart Metering QA professional to ensure the quality and performance of our smart metering systems.

This role is essential in delivering reliable and efficient integration of smart meter devices, infrastructure, and associated systems.

As a Smart Metering QA, you will oversee testing activities for Gas, Electric, PPMID, HCALC, and Comms Hub devices, ensuring compliance with technical and functional specifications. You will validate the integration between Data Service Providers (DSP) and Communication Service Providers (CSP) while performing comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, and end-to-end system validation.

Key responsibilities include managing defects through tools such as HP ALM or Jira, analyzing test results, and preparing detailed documentation to support findings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure quality delivery across the testing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of smart metering technologies, experience with API testing and file transfer validation, and a solid grasp of QA best practices.
