Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple refurbishment projects on MOD sites
- Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
- Monitor site compliance with health & safety regulations, CDM, and security protocols
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress reports
- Identify and mitigate risks and resolve site-based issues as they arise
- Ensure quality control and snagging processes are completed to a high standard
- Support procurement planning and resource allocation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site or Project Manager in construction, ideally within MOD or high-security environments
- Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and CDM
- Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
