Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure health & safety, quality, and environmental standards are adhered to at all times.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on schedule and within cost constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections, H&S audits, and progress reports.
- Lead site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and site access.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
