Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Brighton, East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in the utilities and major power sectors as the project includes laying electrical cables.

• Lead and manage teams of supervisors, agents, and gangs.


• Monitor project data and set performance targets.


• Ensure high standards of quality and set Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

• Proven experience in project planning and delivery.


• SHEA Power qualification or a valid CSCS Card to undertake SHEA qualification.


• A strong leadership capability


• Must be able to drive

Pay Rate is 461 Umbrealla PAYE
