Summary: The Site Administrator role involves coordinating contractor mobilisations, managing site vehicle fleets, and supporting general administration tasks on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contractor mobilisations, including flights, accommodation, and site access documentation
- Manage light vehicle (LV) fleet on site: bookings, odometer tracking, servicing, damage reports, and allocations
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Perth-based visitors
- Perform data entry for invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receipts
- Ensure all visitors and subcontractors have the required site access and compliance documentation
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports using Excel and site-specific systems
- Support the broader admin team with general site administration tasks as required
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in mobilisation coordination is essential
