  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Perth-based visitors
  • Perform data entry for invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receipts
  • Ensure all visitors and subcontractors have the required site access and compliance documentation
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports using Excel and site-specific systems
