Summary: Our client is seeking multiple ServiceNow Business Analysts for a six-month contract in Glasgow, requiring 1-2 days of onsite work per week. The role involves gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, along with hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules. This position is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Hands-on experience working on ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM)
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Supporting ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and process improvements
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and project teams for successful delivery
