Summary: The role of ServiceNow Architect involves leading the architecture for a UK-based enterprise/public sector programme during its delivery phase. The architect will be responsible for defining the ServiceNow platform architecture, establishing standards, and overseeing integrations while ensuring compliance and scalability. This position requires collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholders to provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The contract is contingent upon the successful award of the tender.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, and governance
- Lead solution design across ITSM / ITOM / CSM and custom modules
- Design and oversee integrations (APIs, MID Server, enterprise systems)
- Work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance within a regulated environment
- Provide architectural guidance across the full delivery lifecycle
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Solution Architect
- Strong background in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, workflows, data model, Integration and security concepts
- Experience working in SI-led or multi-vendor delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect for a UK-based enterprise / public sector programme that is currently in tender phase . The selected architect will join at project kick-off and take ownership of the ServiceNow architecture throughout delivery.
Responsibilities (post-award)
