We currently helping our client, a specialised consultancy organisation in their search for an IT Support Engineer (1st & 2& line) to join their team on a contract basis in Central London

Role: Desktop Engineer / IT support Engineer

Day Rate: Market Rate

Location: London - 4 -5 days on site

Contract Length: 6 -12 months months initially

You will have extensive 1st and 2nd line desktop support experience, gained within a large environment, with good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Office 365, PCs, Laptops, Mobile Devices (Android/Mac/Tablets),.

Requirements:

  • Desktop Support experience
  • 1st and 2nd line desktop support
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Ticketing system (Servicenow / Remedy/ IvantI)
  • Video conferencing ( MS Teams, Zoom etc..)
  • Powershell
  • Basic networking
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • Intune / Auto
