Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing comprehensive financial planning reports across a broad range of advice areas
  • Drafting technical documents and client presentations, clearly explaining complex planning issues
  • Working closely with financial planners to support advice delivery for both new and existing clients
  • Liaising directly with clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Collaborating with the administration and wider planning team to support efficient client servicing

Key Skills:

  • At least five years’ experience in Financial Services, primarily in a paraplanning or technical role
  • Full Diploma in Financial Planning (essential), with progression towards Advanced Diploma or Chartered status
  • Recent experience supporting advice on personal protection, pre- and post-retirement planning and core financial planning areas
  • Experience using tools such as Microdecisions, Analytics, Voyant and CashCalc
  • A methodical, detail-focused approach with strong technical knowledge
  • A proactive attitude, confidence to use initiative and strong communication skills

We are now seeking a Senior Technical Paraplanner to join our established and growing Financial Planning team based in Staverton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to take on a senior technical role, supporting advisors with complex planning work and high-quality client outcomes.
