Summary: The Senior Systems Engineer role focuses on supporting the development of system requirements for aerospace customers within the Future Combat Air line of business. The position involves design and interface definition, working in multidisciplinary teams, and may extend into integration, qualification, verification, and validation activities. Candidates should have experience with Matlab and Cameo, as well as familiarity with the full engineering lifecycle. This is a 12-month contract based in Luton, requiring 4 to 5 days on-site work each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of system requirements, including design and interface definition.

Senior Systems Engineer - Matlab / Cameo

£70ph - £80ph (Inside IR35)

Join our team within the Future Combat Air line of business for a twelve-month Contract as part of the team working on our systems for key aerospace customers. This role will focus on supporting the development of system requirements, including design and interface definition to assist engineering domains in design and integration activities. Knowledge of modelling and analysis using Matlab and Cameo , as well as working in an agile environment and experience across the full engineering lifecycle would be advantageous as a suitable candidate may continue this role from requirements definition into integration, qualification, verification and validation activities at a later date. Our Systems Engineers work in multidisciplinary teams spanning a range of activities that help pull together all the necessary engineering and technology strands into a high-performance system. A role within the team will provide exposure to EW products and subject-matter experts with expertise within domain, product, and technology fields.
