About Driven Studios Driven is a multi-platform streaming service built for automotive enthusiasts — racing, builds, customs, and classic cars — delivered across connected TV, mobile, and web. We're an early-stage team moving fast, and we build with AI coding agents at the centre of our workflow. We need someone who can keep that pace without letting quality slip.

The Role We're looking for a senior engineer to build new features across our mobile apps, TV apps, and websites — and to keep the bar high while doing it. This is a builder's role first: you'll be shipping a lot of greenfield product across all three platforms. Alongside that, you'll be the technical quality bar for the team, spending meaningful time reviewing code — including output produced by AI coding agents — to ensure everything ships clean, well-structured, and as maintainable as anything written by hand. You'll also own deployments across every platform and be accountable for code quality and uptime. This is a hands-on, high-trust role working directly with the CTO. We lean heavily into agentic development, so you should be comfortable building with, directing, reviewing, and refining agent output rather than treating it as a finished product.

What You'll Do Build new, greenfield features across mobile (React Native), TV, and web, owning them end to end Review code across all three platforms, holding a high bar for structure, readability, and maintainability Review and manage output from AI coding agents — catching drift, enforcing patterns, and ensuring generated code meets the same standard as hand-written code Own and maintain deployments across all platforms (mobile, TV, web) Maintain code quality and platform uptime, including monitoring, incident response, and the health of CI/CD pipelines Establish and enforce engineering standards, conventions, and review practices as the team and codebase grow Partner directly with the CTO on technical direction and delivery

Required Experience Strong commercial experience with React Native, React, Node.js, NextJS and TypeScript AWS and microservices architecture CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation across multiple platforms A demonstrable track record of code review at a senior level — you can articulate what makes code clean, well-structured, and maintainable, and hold others (and agents) to it Experience reviewing and managing AI agent / agentic development output is strongly preferred Nice to Have Video streaming experience (encoding/transcoding, playback, CTV) Social / community application experience
