Summary: The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor involves working on the East Anglia 2 project, specifically focused on building a substation for an offshore wind farm. The role is site-based and offers a daily rate of £450 through PAYE for a duration of two years until 2028.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage steelwork, cladding, and building envelope packages.
- Oversee subcontractor management and ensure compliance with NEC contracts.
- Produce upline change documentation for relevant packages.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and document control systems.
- Provide technical knowledge and support on construction packages.
- Work on-site from 08:00 to 17:00.
Key Skills:
- Significant contracting experience (not client-side).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with document control systems.
- NEC contract experience.
- Technical knowledge of steelwork, cladding, and building envelope packages.
Salary (Rate): £450.00 daily
