Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and documenting business requirements to ensure robust, realistic project plans
- Managing capital and operational expenditure forecasts, supporting effective budget control
- Assessing and aligning business opportunities with organisational processes and plans
- Communicating progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders across the business
- Monitoring schedule performance and providing insights to senior leadership
- Leading and developing teams, ensuring effective delivery aligned to governance standards
Key Skills:
- Currently security cleared (Non-negotiable requirement)
- Extensive project management and PMO experience within an early stage/start-up Defence or Military client
- Process design/management and governance experience
- Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, APM PMQ, MAPM or equivalent)

The ideal candidate will stand out by having the below key skills. Currently security cleared (Non-negotiable requirement) Extensive project management and PMO experience within a early stage/start up Defence or Military client Process design/management and governance experience Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) Certified Project Manager (PMP, APM PMQ, MAPM or equivalent) As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, controlling, and delivering complex projects within a structured governance and assurance environment.
