Senior Power BI Developer

Reporting to: Data and BI Manager

Role Purpose

• Create and implement complete Power BI solutions to help the business meet its needs.


• Work with different teams to provide clear and visually appealing dashboards that show important insights.


• Make sure the data is accurate and performs well using advanced data techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve data models to combine information from various sources for Power BI reports and dashboards.


• Write advanced calculations to make data analysis and reporting easier and more effective.


• Design and create easy-to-use reports and dashboards that look great and are simple to understand.


• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data is accurately integrated, using tools to extract, transform, and load information.


• Test and optimize Power BI solutions to ensure they work reliably and efficiently.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Power BI Developer.


• Expertise in Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.


• Experience with SQL and relational databases.


• Degree educated desired.


• Strong data visualization and user experience skills.


• Right to work in the UK
