Summary: The Senior Pay & Conditions Officer role involves managing payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with local government legislation, and overseeing pension scheme administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Interrogate and resolve queries related to pay, including high-level tax and National Insurance issues.
