Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key point Administrator on daily loan processing requirements.
- Support Heads in strategic planning related to loan transactions.
- Ensure timely processing of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions.
- Manage loan transaction and settlement of loan obligations.
- Engage with Front Office, Agent Banks, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in improving processes and general use of LIQ.
Key Skills:

An opportunity to work on a Temporary assignment (approx. 6 months+) for a global banking group with EMEA regional reach. Working closely with Front Office clients, Loan Capital Markets and Treasury functions acting as key point Administrator on daily loan processing requirements. Responsibilities Duties will range from loan processing, supporting Heads in strategic planning; ensuring syndicated and bilateral loan transactions are processed in timely manner and managing the loan transaction and settlement of loan obligations. Good engagement with Front Office, Agent Banks and a range of external stakeholders as well as supporting team members. Assisting in improving processes will be encouraged and general use of LIQ.
Qualifications Suitable candidates will be available on short-notice ideally to fill this temporary position and will offer strong Loans Administration experience from a banking/financial services industry. Good communication skills required to deal with a range of stakeholders as well as a sold understanding of SWIFT payments, legal loan documentation and loan funding mechanisms. Hybrid working options available (2-3 days office in London).
