Summary: The Senior HR Operations Manager will play a crucial role in a global Luxury Fashion Brand, reporting directly to the COO. This standalone position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options, requiring 3-4 days in the London office and the remainder from home. The role focuses on enhancing HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving employee satisfaction and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
- Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
- Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
- Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across necessary markets
- Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
- Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Manage performance management, learning, and development
- Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
- Manage talent and succession planning for recruitment and retention
