Summary: The Senior HR Operations Manager will play a crucial role in a global Luxury Fashion Brand, reporting directly to the COO. This standalone position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options, requiring 3-4 days in the London office and the remainder from home. The role focuses on enhancing HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving employee satisfaction and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure line managers communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures
  • Identify and assess HR issues which need to be brought to the attention of the rest of the HR team, and act upon them as necessary
  • Take a proactive role in suggesting ideas and creating new procedures to ensure the continued improvement and development of the HR function
  • Ensure line managers in the region understand, communicate and adhere to HR policies and procedures across necessary markets
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to line managers as required
  • Oversee all ER issues, including managing absence, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
  • Manage performance management, learning, and development
  • Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
  • Manage talent and succession planning for recruitment and retention

Senior HR Operations Manager £55,000 - £70,000 Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnered with this global Luxury Fashion Brand in the search of an Senior HR Operations Manager. This is a standalone role and will report directly into the COO. The brand is open to offering the role on a part time or full time basis. 3-4 days in their London office and the rest from home.
