We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting to this Senior Housing and Disrepair Lawyer with our London Borough client. They are seeking an experienced lawyer with over 5 years PQE who has strong experience in housing litigation and ideally management. Our client is ideally seeking someone with local authority experience but candidates from different sectors with transferrable skills are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be joining a busy but supportive team, carrying a caseload of mainly disrepair matters and statutory nuisance claims as well as assisting the principal lawyer with the management of the team. They will also be required to provide strategic advice in housing and disrepair matters and allocate cases to other members of the Housing and Disrepair Litigation team.

What the successful Senior Housing Lawyer will possess:
Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial experience of housing disrepair and statutory nuisance. As well as managerial responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain a heavy caseload of your own cases, primarily of housing disrepair, although there will also be opportunities to provide high quality legal advice in other housing litigation areas as well as disrepair.
