Summary: The Senior Framework Administrator role is a hybrid position based in Birmingham, requiring a proactive individual capable of working independently while managing Public Sector Frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of reports, managing invoices, and maintaining framework records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly Framework reports are submitted in a timely manner
  • Ensure Framework invoices are paid to meet the payment due date
  • Query invoice values
  • Track progress of projects
  • Collating data/information
  • Registering new suppliers on to system
  • Maintaining and updating Framework records
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Archiving paper based records

Key Skills:

  • Excel and Word
  • Framework Portals, able to navigate and demonstrate to colleagues features the Portal offers
  • Framework administration – uploading certificates to remain compliant (insurance)
  • Able to multitask
  • Manage and hit reporting deadlines
  • Act as central point of contact between internal (TDC) and Framework personnel
  • Persistency – chasing outstanding report
  • Construction or public sector experience would be beneficial

Description: Senior Framework Administrator Hybrid Working - Office location Birmingham

Looking for a candidate who can work with their own initiative and work with minimal supervision whilst meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and experience in a similar role is a must. This role will allow the candidate to gain valuable knowledge and experience in to managing Public Sector Frameworks.
