Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Deliver clear, timely financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Contribute to strategic planning and investor reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing finance team.
- Provide clear direction across reporting and planning cycles.
- Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Support long-term planning and strategic target setting.
- Oversee cashflow forecasting and working capital insights.
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Lead the month-end close process and reporting cycles.

- Partner with senior leadership to communicate financial performance.
Key Skills:

This role would suit a qualified accountant with at least 4 years post qualified experience as well as experience a multi site consumer business.
