Senior Findur Developer / Entwickler

Summary: The Senior Findur Developer will collaborate with Business Analysts to implement solutions within Findur, addressing stakeholder needs through effective communication and technical expertise. This role involves designing, implementing, and testing enhancements, as well as documenting decisions and interacting with IT groups for system integration. The position is a 12-month contract with potential for long-term extension, based in Basel, Switzerland, with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates should possess relevant development experience and a strong understanding of financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and test enhancements and bug fixes in Findur;
• Document design and implement decisions;
• Interact with other IT groups in the organisation for systems design, integration, standards and change management.

Key Skills:

• Experienced in development with Findur/Endur and OpenComponents;
• Programming experience in Java/.NET;
• Ideally experience with Apache Kafka (Cloudera), Kubernetes (OpenShift);
• Nice to have: ArgoCD, Azure Devops and/or GitHub enterprise CI/CD;
• Solid knowledge of design and integration patterns, particularly event-driven architecture;
• Experience working with distributed systems architecture;
• Solid level of exposure in financial instruments, trade life cycle and operations;
• Fluency in English.
