This requires adaptability, rigor and innovation and provides exciting development opportunities for those looking to further their careers in the NHS, health or the public sector.In your application, please demonstrate your experience in the following areas:Qualified accountant or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in a specialised finance area. Required to support the development of policies and approaches to financial planning across the NHS, and related analytics, to reflect the financial framework and operational priorities of NHS England. You will need an understanding of the NHS financial framework; ideally with experience of working at a senior level within the NHS.You will lead on the development of a programme management approach to analytical work undertaken within the team. You will require excellent organisational skills, and have experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, working to a fixed timetable. You will lead engagement with regional analytics stakeholders to develop collaborative working relationships. You will require excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver improved outputs.
