Summary: The Senior Estate Surveyor role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and operational property assets for a local authority in the South West. Senior Estate Surveyor - MRICS - Southwest - £350-450 - 3-6 Months

Panoramic Associates are pleased to be supporting a local authority in the South West with an interim Senior Estate Surveyor requirement. While it's not quite as far down as Cornwall (so no long beach commutes!), it's a great opportunity to get stuck into a varied and commercially focused estates role working for a high-performing authority. If you enjoy turning property challenges into smart commercial wins, you'll fit right in.

In this position, you will take responsibility for a mix of varied & exciting commercial and operational property assets, ensuring they are effectively managed and deliver optimal value. You will be involved in a wide range of professional activities, from negotiating lease terms through to supporting acquisitions and disposals.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Estate Management and membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
