The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help revive a stalled, high-impact programme. This is a critical engagement where you’ll lead a structured recovery approach, bringing clarity, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment to deliver a secure, scalable platform ready for public Beta.
The Role You’ll operate across two key phases: Phase 1 – Discovery & Validation (Weeks 1–4) Audit and assess technical debt and platform maturity. Align stakeholders across business and technical teams. Evaluate governance, compliance, and security gaps. Define a clear roadmap toward a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Beta. Phase 2 – Recovery Plan (Week 5). Present a structured Recovery Plan outlining: What to stop, start, and continue. Readiness for Beta service assessments. Risk-based prioritisation of API endpoints. Recommendations for operational sustainability.
