Key Responsibilities:

  • Build business cases and demonstrate ROI through clear metrics on efficiency gains, cost reduction and risk improvement
  • Run rapid experimentation cycles to validate approaches and iterate based on real-world performance

  • Communicate progress and insights to executive stakeholders

The Role

You'll be working on AI-driven automation projects that will significantly improve operational efficiency across critical business functions, with initial focus on risk and decisioning workflows. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll work directly with engineering and business teams to ship AI solutions that create measurable impact. You'll have significant autonomy and direct access to senior stakeholders, operating in a fast-paced environment that values execution over process.

Production AI experience : You've shipped products using large language models, built retrieval systems, and understand the practical challenges of getting AI into production
Technical depth : Comfortable discussing model evaluation, prompt engineering, system architecture, performance trade-offs and integration patterns with engineers
Business impact focus : Track record of quantifying and delivering measurable outcomes; can build compelling cases for investment and navigate senior stakeholder conversations
Delivery orientation : Pragmatic, action-biased approach; comfortable working without extensive support structures and able to drive progress across multiple workstreams
Product management fundamentals : Strong discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-haves:
