About The Role
As a key part of our front office team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school through a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, pupils, and parents, you’ll coordinate reception, manage enquiries, and support internal communications. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining pupil records, supporting school events, and assisting the Senior Leadership Team and Admissions with various admin tasks. This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our school community. This is a zero hour contract role needed across all sites of our schools as the need arises. This role is immediately available.
