Summary: This role is for an experienced SC Cleared C# developer who will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions. The position involves the entire project life cycle, from inception to support, with an emphasis on continuous integration and adherence to security and privacy requirements. Familiarity with data modeling concepts and tools like Git and Jira, along with Agile methodologies, is essential. Additional knowledge of financial instruments and SQL is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build high quality Technology solutions to deliver value to stakeholders.
- Play a key role in the entire life cycle of the project from inception to support.
- Building and operating a continuous integration (CI) capability when required employing version control of source code and related artefacts.
- Ensuring security and privacy requirements are an essential part of systems integration and build.
- Testing, validation and sign off of integration to satisfy requirements, architectures and design.
- Continually test your programs, correct errors to maximise quality.
Key Skills:
- SC Clearance.
- Proven experience with C# development.
- Familiarity with data modelling concepts.
- Experience with tools supporting development and version control, e.g., Git and Jira.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Clear understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and their underlying characteristics.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Experience with reporting packages such as Crystal Reports.
